Yesterday I left a review based on my frustration at the time (read below). However, today one of the owners of DESIGNERS Graphics & Tint reached out to me, phone call and text, in hopes of resolving the problem. The text read, "I'm so sorry for the inconvenience and lack of communication from our team. I hate that time was wasted on your end. I left you a voicemail and I wanted to apologize and see if there was anything I could do to make things right. Our customer experience is super important to me, and I'm sorry you didn't get the treatment we want to provide. Please call or text me back and I'll do my very best to make things right." Firstly, I was simply wowed by the fact that someone actually took the time to respond to my issue. Regrettably, that was the feeling I got when I called this company yesterday. Most businesses are willing to deal with the pissed off customer in hopes that no one reads, or more especially, reacts to the review. However, as you've probably gathered from the response they left, t

Quick and great service by Isaac! Very personable and had some professional tint on our doors and windows in short time. We picked the style we wanted and he was able to get it ordered and installed in under two weeks. They have a lot of styles they keep in stock, but we wanted something a little different. My wife and I love the results and now we have more privacy and reduced heat from light for our front door. Prices are reasonable and he provides a lifetime warranty. Highly recommend them for your tinting needs for home and business!

I cannot express enough how amazing this company is!! Issac @ Designer Graphics & Tinting is a true professional! His communication and timely responses to any question is top-notch. He was so patient with my million questions, texts and phone calls :-) He was extremely helpful in assisting us pick the right window film for our needs. He tells you exactly what each style of window film can and cannot do and leaves it up to the customer to choose. He did not try to up-sell or force you to chose a window film that is not right for your project. The quote for the job was amazing and Issac and his team were willing to drive to Chattanooga TN from Huntsville AL to do the install!! They showed up on time, did a fantastic job, were incredibly nice and professional, and finished the job on the timeline they promised! Did I mention they also cleaned up before they left!! I would absolutely recommend Issac and Designer Graphics & Tinting for any of your window tinting needs! We will definitely be calling them in the future for our other properties and projects!!
